Close to airport, near pasalubong outlet and food stall, room good for groups with kitchen, friendly staff, 24hr car service to airport.

Nothing realy corridoors everwhere. Looks like never been painted in30 years.outside terrible.grass and weeds everwhere;Outside down the road the stench of dirty water and the smoke ,high polution from tricycles knocks you down on the spot .

The pool was great but it needs servicing from time to time. The Junior Suites was excellent but the building itself was a bit unnerving because of the majority of the rooms were shells. Good walking distance from the supermarkets, the "mall" and the airport.

It looks unfinished and the signage of the hotel front is confusing because it says "Kiener Hill Condominium" and not Lancaster.

Large rooms and comfortable bed. The hotel is in a convenient location, just a short distance from the local shops and airport. The hotel had a beautiful pool and a lovely garden area perfect for relaxing.

The hotel had old fixtures and fittings in the bathroom. The noise from the nearby road was quite loud and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel near the airport in a very underdeveloped area. Despite its affordable prices, the hotel offered excellent value for money. The rooms, equipped with a kitchenette and cooking facilities, were spacious and comfortable. The staff was attentive and provided basic amenities. In addition, the location was convenient for my travel needs.

The hotel was okay with no major issues.

I don't like the continuous loss of internet connectivity, the ants, low water pressure and daily maintenance problems due to the age of the facility.

The staff was very helpful and kind. Resturant service and food was excellent, the menu had a very large selection and the prices are very good. This is a hotel off the beaten path which provides a very quite place to enjoy. If you are looking for a 5 Star accomidation this is not where you would be happy... I enjoyed my stay and was very comfortable and satisfied. I will stay again on my future visits.

Due to the small amount of hot water I would suggest installing a water saver device in the shower head so that one can stop the water when not in use and resume use when needed. A wash cloth should be included with the towels.

The hotel's proximity to the airport made it a convenient location for our trekkers' group. The rooms were satisfactory, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The breakfast was reasonably priced and tasty. The hotel had useful facilities like a spa and fitness center, and the view from the rooftop was breathtaking.

The bar staff was a bit slow in serving drinks.

The room was good for the price.

Staff in the bar/resturant area were very unprofessional, cheating on drink prices and jacking extra drinks on the bill which were not consumed. The prices for drinks varied depending on who severed you. They were even charging guest staying at the hotel to use the pool (250p) or billiard table (100p per hour).

This hotel offers comfortable and spacious rooms with old boxed TVs, but it makes up for it with good wifi and kitchen facilities. The location is very convenient, being near the airport, and the staff are friendly and attentive. The breakfast is also worth mentioning, with a varied menu to suit all tastes.

Everything was fine, except for one minor issue.

It was nice to have a kitchenette and living room area (plus the TV swiveled around so you could watch it on the couch or in bed). The pool was also a nice feature and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was located in a seemingly abandoned offshoot of the hotel and was very poorly maintained. The walls were cracking and stained, there were hoards of ants and other bugs, and towels were filthy, and no one ever cleaned our room. The location was also very bad - close to the airport, but quite far from anything else.

The value for money at this hotel is exceptional, especially considering its location near the airport. The prices are very reasonable, and the attention to detail is evident throughout the hotel. All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

Close to the Mactan Cebu International Airport, about 2-3 minutes taxi drive.

The most important about this hotel is that it's pretty hard to find (though it's behind the Days Hotel which is well known by any of Philippino taxi driver) - because the name of Lancaster Hotel is practically different. It's Mactan bla-bla Philippino Condominium.
